Strategic Plan JNP
The years to come, JNP intends to consolidate its monopoly on the business of export of organic
juice Morocco and expand its presence in the local market through a policy of diversification
of products and niches. For this, the strategy of the company will focus on the following main areas:
Upstream integration :
To ensure control over price and availability of raw materials, JNP account making an
investment in the exploitation of agricultural land of about 200 hectares.
This project will allow the company to limit the exposure of its business risk of
shortage and quality of the raw material, as for the latter the export activity requires
the product and orchards are certified organic. Thus, this project will enable JNP to keep a
regular check on the conditions of treatment of soil and fruit plantations .
Product repositioning :
JNP plans to resume production line juice for the local market and,
through a makeover of the current product "Fresh" in a package TertaPak and an investment
in packaging line and long-term preservation. The company will expand its customer base since
it will focus on markets where it was not present.
Development of by-products :
JNP plans to develop recovery circuits in product or products derived from
the process of production base. These include:
- A recovery circuit of the pulp;
- Drying orange peel,
- Extraction of essential oils.
These products are used in some pharmaceutical industries or serve as food supplements for livestock.
