Technical means

Factory JNP which is located in the center of Casablanca in the industrial area is built on a plot of 7000 m2 and has all the facilities and equipment needed. The following is a non exhaustive list of technical resources of the company :

- Material extraction of citrus, for an installed capacity of 12,000 to 15.000Kg / hour fruit ( FMC extractors + finisher Brown) .
- A production line concentrates with centrifuge and TASTE evaporator (FMC ) .
- A recovery line - essential oils .
- Two distillation columns for the purification ( Deterpenation ) essential oils .
- Preparation Material mixing and processing juice .
- Line aseptic filling : 10 to 200 Litres with 2 heads , capacity (5000 L / hour) .
- Store disk for storage of finished products, 1300m2 surface .
- Tank farm -10 ° C with 4 tanks of 365 tons each, for storage Bulk concentrates .
- Frozen room ( -18 ° C) , 1,000 tons of storage capacity for frozen juice in metal drums .
- Cold room (+4 ° C) , 300 tons of capacity for storing Essential oils and fresh fruit .
