Our History
🏢Juice & Nectar Partner was born from a partnership involving the Fonds Accès Capital Atlantique Maroc S.A (ACAMSA), a subsidiary of Morocco's CDG. It took over the former FRUMAT factory site in Roches Noires, active in citrus juice production since 1970. The company restarted in May 2007, focusing on citrus transformation.

Located in Roches Noires, Casablanca, on the historic FRUMAT site (active since 1970), our factory has been fully refurbished to meet the highest international food safety standards.
From the earth to your glass
JNP sources its citrus exclusively from Mimona, its strategic agricultural partner within the Holmarcom Group, ensuring total traceability and impeccable quality from field to factory.
Mimona operates a 560-hectare estate in the Gharb region dedicated to premium citrus cultivation. This vertical integration within Holmarcom Group allows JNP to control every step — from harvest to transformation into certified concentrates and juices (ECOCERT, HACCP, FSSC 22000).
