Brix 9–11°, acidity 0.9–1.4 g/100ml. Aseptically packed with no additives or preservatives, 18-month shelf life at ambient temperature. Certified ECOCERT, EU Organic, FSSC 22000 and ONSSA. Especially valued for premium beverages, high-end nectars, health drink formulations and spirits. Available in 5KG and 20KG aseptic bags and 200KG drums.
