Pure organic NFC lemon juice extracted from ECOCERT-certified Moroccan yellow lemons. High natural citric acid content (5.5–7.5 g/100ml), Brix 7–9°. Free from additives and preservatives, this juice is valued for its intense aromatic freshness and its natural acidifying role in many industrial formulations. Certified ECOCERT, EU Organic, USDA NOP, FSSC 22000 and Kosher — opening the European, US and kosher organic markets. Aseptically packed in 5KG to 20KG bags and 200KG drums, 18-month shelf life at ambient temperature. Used in food (beverages, sauces, marinades), cosmetics (skincare, acidifying actives) and pharmaceuticals. Every batch includes a Certificate of Analysis. Exported from the JNP plant in Casablanca to more than 30 countries.
