Your personal data is processed in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
2. Data we collect and why
- Contact form: name, email address, company, subject and message — to answer your request.
- Quote request: company, contact name, email address, phone, country, requested products, quantities, packaging, preferred delivery date, certifications and message — to prepare and follow up your quotation.
- Virtual assistant (chatbot): the messages you type are sent to our AI provider to generate the answer. JNP does not store these conversations. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.
- Audience measurement: with Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies — pages viewed, device type, approximate location — to understand how the site is used and improve it.
- Security: a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address is used to limit abusive submissions (anti-spam); your IP address also appears in our host's technical logs.
Submitting a form means you agree to your data being used for the purpose stated above. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
3. Recipients
Your data is only accessible to the JNP team in charge of your request and to the technical providers that run this website:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting
- Supabase Inc. — database
- Google — audience measurement (Google Analytics) and sending of notification emails
- Groq Inc. — virtual assistant
- Microsoft — email inbox contact@jnp.ma
Some of these providers store data outside Morocco, in particular in the United States.
4. Retention periods
- Contact and quote requests: 3 years from our last exchange.
- Audience measurement data: as configured in Google Analytics, up to 14 months.
- Anti-spam fingerprints: deleted automatically once the anti-spam window (10 minutes at most) has expired.
5. Your rights
Under Law No. 09-08, you have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@jnp.ma or to our postal address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel): www.cndp.ma.
6. Cookies
- NEXT_LOCALE: remembers your language. Necessary, deleted when you close your browser.
- cookie_consent (stored in your browser): remembers your cookie choice.
- _ga, _ga_*: Google Analytics audience measurement, only if you accept. Up to 2 years.
- Technical security cookies may be set by our host to protect the site against automated attacks.

The website is only served over HTTPS, access to data is restricted to authorised people, and our providers apply industry-standard security measures.
