Fresh, delicate aroma, balanced sweetness and light natural acidity. Brix 12–14°, acidity 0.8–1.1 g/100ml. Pasteurised and aseptically packed with no additives or preservatives. 18-month shelf life at ambient temperature. Available in 5KG and 20KG bags, 200KG drums and 1200KG Good Packs.
