Citrus essential oils: cold-pressed, organic certified, available formats
Cold-pressed citrus essential oils from orange, mandarin, clementine and lemon zest. ECOCERT certified. Available in 20L containers and 200L drums.
Citrus essential oils are a by-product of juice production. The zest, which would otherwise be discarded, is cold-pressed to extract the oil. At JNP, this happens with the same fruit used to produce ECOCERT-certified organic juices.
Why cold-pressing
Steam distillation heats aromatic molecules. Cold-pressing does not. The result is an olfactory profile closer to fresh fruit. For food and cosmetic applications where natural aroma matters, that is a real difference.
What buyers use them for
Food: flavouring for beverages, confectionery, dairy. Orange and mandarin are the most requested.
Cosmetics and perfumery: clementine and mandarin oils go into perfumes, lotions and skincare. The cosmetics market increasingly demands certifiable origins, and ECOCERT covers that.
Pharmaceuticals: used as flavouring agents in syrups and coated tablets. Documentation requirements vary by market.
Available formats
20L containers and 200L drums. Varieties: sweet orange, clementine, mandarin, lemon. Available in ECOCERT-certified organic and conventional.
Each batch comes with a technical sheet and ECOCERT certificate for organic versions. Samples available on request at contact@jnp.ma.
