Sweet, balanced aromatic profile typical of Moroccan mandarin, recognised on international markets for the richness of its natural aromas. Brix 11–13°, acidity 0.7–1.0 g/100ml. Pasteurised and aseptically packed with no additives or preservatives. Shelf life: 18 months at ambient temperature. Certified HACCP, FSSC 22000 and ONSSA, in line with international food market standards. Available in 20KG bags, 200KG and 220KG drums and 1500KG Good Packs. Used by beverage manufacturers for juices, nectars, smoothies and fruit drinks. Every delivery includes a microbiological and physico-chemical Certificate of Analysis.
