Stable, consistent aromatic profile from batch to batch, meeting the requirements of international industrial buyers. Brix 10.5–12°, acidity 0.6–0.9 g/100ml. Pasteurised and aseptically packed with no additives or preservatives. Shelf life: 18 months at ambient temperature, no cold chain required. Certified HACCP, FSSC 22000 and ONSSA, in line with international food market standards. Available in 5KG and 20KG aseptic bags, 200KG to 250KG drums and 1500KG Good Packs.
